Attorney, Professor, Entreprenuer, and Small Business Owner.  Anthony Mahan is an experienced litigation attorney licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Ohio.  For the last several years Mr. Mahan's practice has focused on representing large corporations and small businesses in commercial litigations matters ranging from contract disputes to appellate advocacy.  Mr. Mahan also spends a great portion of his time representing plaintiff's in personal injury lawsuits and employment disputes.  Prior to private practice Mr. Mahan was a law clerk for Judge Karen Thomas, Campbell District Court and a summer law clerk for Justice Wil Schroder, Kentucky Supreme Court.  Mr. Mahan is also currently an Adjunct Professor of Entreprenuerial Law at Northern Kentucky University atop owning several small businesses.. Sean  C. Currie began his legal career at one of Portland’s preeminent business litigation firms. After developing further experience, Mr.  Currie launched his own firm focusing on business litigation, creditors’ rights, and family law. He brings to this practice, a passion for helping individuals and small businesses resolve uncertainty and thrive.. A Portland native, Mr.  Currie attended Marquette University and Gonzaga University School of Law. He is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association, Clackamas County Bar Association, Oregon State Bar Disciplinary Panel, and Fee Arbitration  & Mediation Panel. He frequently volunteers on behalf of these and many other local organizations including DoveLewis and the Oregon Food Bank.

Byung was admitted to practice law in Oregon in 1996. With over 20 years of experience, Byung has successfully assisted clients from across the United States and overseas in meeting their legal needs. He was born in Seoul, South Korea and immigrated with his family to the United States at the age of 3. Byung grew up in Portland and attended Lewis and Clark College. He also received an MBA from Pepperdine University and his law degree from Willamette University College of Law. Byung has traveled throughout Asia and Europe and has worked in Paris, France and Seoul, South Korea. His travel, work and life experiences have helped him to better understand and appreciate the needs of his clients. He is married and the proud father of two children. Byung was also admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2002.. Ted is a litigator and has been trying cases in Kentucky to juries for almost 20 years.  These days Ted handles mainly business litigation (breach of contract, fraud, partnership disputes), employment (wrongful termination, sexual harassment etc) and personal injury (wrongful death, brain injuries etc).  Ted has been married to Liz Walton, a substance abuse counselor and occupational therapist, since 2001.  They have two outstanding sons who attend Jefferson County Public Schools.
