In law school I had the opportunity to attend UCLA School of Law as a visiting scholar for a semester. While there, I focused on startup and venture capital legal issues and got the opportunity to work as part of a team assisting a startup in restructuring their corporation and navigating regulatory regimes relevant to their product. This experience made me passionate about working with startups..
