Jon Abrams’ dynamic career has resulted in broad and multifaceted expertise. He has been an executive officer and General Counsel at two public real estate companies, a Senior Vice President at an entertainment studio and an attorney at an international law firm. Prior to that, Mr. Abrams graduated with honors from Harvard Law School in 2001 and with honors from UC Berkeley in 1997.. As a Senior Vice President at Lionsgate Entertainment, Mr. Abrams worked on matters such as financings, film library acquisitions and corporate governance. At Latham & Watkins LLP, Mr. Abrams focused on general company representation. His practice included IPOs, private placements, corporate governance, and M&A transactions.. Mr. Abrams has served as Chairman of Happy Trails for Kids since 2009. Happy Trails is a non-profit organization that provides a summer camp and year-round reunion events for hundreds of children in the California foster care system.
