Mr. Kerekes is an experienced real estate and business attorney with over 30 years of experience. He began his career as assistant general counsel for a real estate development company and related brokerage company, negotiating and drafting construction agreements, financing agreements, and the purchase and sale of real property, as well as defending on construction claims. He also structured and organized entities to hold title and helped obtain financing. Thereafter, he went into private practice..
