For over two decades I have provided professional counsel in areas of business, corporate and civil law, intellectual property, entertainment and Internet matters as well as assisting foreign professionals in selected immigration matters.  I bring the unique practical perspective of a former in-house lawyer to clients’ legal needs, including the importance of facilitation rather than hindrance.
