Greg Wrenn is a veteran Silicon Valley general counsel. He has over 25 years of legal experience, including 20 years of in-house practice, ten of which was spent serving as General Counsel and Secretary for publicly traded companies in the software and Internet services areas. In 2004 he became General Counsel for Openwave Systems, then a leader in technology for mobile internet communications, and in late 2006 Greg joined Borland Software where he served as General Counsel until 2009 when it was acquired by MicroFocus. Greg then became General Counsel for , a leading developer of SaaS systems and services providing remote technical support programs for major national brands. In 2015 Greg joined Paradigm Counsel to open its Seattle office and help bring the firm’s broad range of capabilities to clients in the Pacific Northwest.
