Mr. Berger received a BA in history from Tulane University. He then attended the University of Florida College of law, graduating with honors in 1989. Mr. Berger has concentrated his career to civil and construction defense. Before joining Boyd and Jenerette, P.A., he was a partner at Flanagan, Maniotis and Berger and was the lead attorney at the firm on all construction litigation. Mr. Berger has represented general contractors and sub-contractors in complex matters.
