He is also the former President of the Delaware County Estate Planning Council, has served three terms as the President of the Delaware County Attorney/CPA Forum and is a past Secretary/Treasurer of the Tax Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.. The focus of Mr. Sokoloff's practice is working with individuals and families with the estate planning, including structuring family businesses, to accomplished the dual objective of proper succession planning and reduction of death taxes.
