Jonathan D. Sokoloff is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania (magna cum laude,1974) and The University of Pennsylvania Law School (1978). Mr. Sokoloff received the degree of Master of Laws in Taxation from the New York University School of Law in 1980. He joined Diamond, Polsky & Bauer in June 1980, where he concentrates in estate planning, estate administration, tax planning, and business law. Mr. Sokoloff is a Co-Chair of the Tax Committee and a member of the Executive Committee of the Probate Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and serves as a liaison between the Probate Section and the Tax Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is also the former President of the Delaware County Estate Planning Council, has served three terms as the President of the Delaware County Attorney/CPA Forum and is a past Secretary/Treasurer of the Tax Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association..
