Suzanne started her practice of law in Southern California in 1997 where she worked for approximately 3 years at a medium-sized law firm handling almost exclusively construction defect litigation. She moved to Tucson in June of 2000 where she practiced at what was then known as Chandler, Tullar, Udall and Redhair for more than 11 years. At Udall, she continued to handle construction defect litigation as well as matters involving personal injuries, real estate, medical malpractice, premises liability, appellate practice and administrative review hearings (mostly before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and Board of Dental Examiners). In July of 2011, Suzanne left Udall to start her own mediation and arbitration practice. Over the years, as an advocate for her clients, Suzanne has mediated hundreds of disputes in Arizona, California and Nevada. For the last 3-4 years, she has acted as a private mediator and has volunteered as a judge pro tem for the Pima County Superior Court and, in that capacity, has overseen settlement conferences in a variety of cases some of which involved lemon law, personal inury, real estate and assault and battery.

I was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. After graduation from Wilson High School in 1977, I obtained my B.A. in Psychology and Film Communications from Pitzer College in Claremont, California in 1981. Three years later, I graduated from law school with a J.D. from Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio.. I spent six years living and working as an attorney in Sacramento and Los Angeles, California before returning to Tacoma in 1991. After working as an associate and partner at a large firm in Tacoma, I opened my own office in 2010.. I have other thirty years of experience handling a wide variety of civil and criminal cases from trial through appeal in state and federal courts. My main practice areas include employment, business and personal injury litigation.

Benjamin Carney, a Principal of Gordon, Wolf & Carney, represents real people facing overwhelming debts and suffering from bad business practices. Admitted to practice law in Maryland in 2004, Mr. Carney is also admitted to the bars of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.. Mr. Carney currently serves on the Board of Directors of Civil Justice, Inc., and is a past  Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Public Justice Center, Inc. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Maryland Association for Justice, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the Maryland Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is listed as a SuperLawyers Rising Star, has been named a Fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation, and is recognized as one of Maryland's "Top 40 Under 40" by the National Trial Lawyers.. He is a Maryland native, and a graduate of Suitland High School in Prince George's County.
