I'm not your typical suit! I pride myself on not being able to fit into a box. One thing I can say for sure about myself is that I am motivated. Whatever challenges I meet, I face with a fierce desire to overcome them. I became an attorney for several reasons. Other than enjoying the advocating aspect of my job, I love the fact that with this job comes a multitude of resources available to me. I have so many tools and resources at my finger tips to help either myself or those that come to me in almost any way. If it is not an area that I personally practice, I have a large pool of attorneys that I work closely with and that support me and all of my clients. I pass referrals and connect people with each other with every chance that I get. for the betterment of my clients It makes me happy to help, even if that help serves no benefit to me. I LIKE being able to put people in touch with those that can help if I can't and I love being able to point people in the right direction. Our society is so full of crazy and archaic rules and issues. Being able to assist someone find the way is invaluable.. On a personal note, about me, I am zealous and determined. With the concern of possibly giving away too much information about myself, but with the hope of giving you a better understanding of my nature, I will admit that I was not a traditional student. I did not grow up in a house with a white picket fence, la-da-da. I was raised in a family who struggled endlessly to make ends-meat and my parents were the hardest workers I've known. Their example helped turn me into the hard working person I am today with goals and aspirations. Each time I meet a goal, I set another and continue to move forward. At the age of 16, I was an emancipated minor and lived without my parents. I was also a teen mother, who remained in her regular school, and graduated with my class on time, with grades near the top of my class. I immediately went on to college, then undergrad, then grad school. I did not stop. Nothing would stop me. I take this part of my personaility and use it in my lawyering. I DESIRE to help, I DESIRE to make a difference. I want to and will do all that I can for my clients. It is my deepest desire to find a way to beat every challenge I am faced with! I like me and I hope you will to! :)

Mr. Morris works extensively within the field of estate planning. He represents families, couples and individuals in crafting wills and trusts. He represents clients in probate, estate and trust administration.  In addition, he develops and implements gift and estate tax saving strategies. In 2013 through 2015, Mr. Morris was named Legal Elite by Nevada Business Magazine for his work in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration.  Mr. Morris was also named one of the Best Up and Coming attorneys in Nevada.  Also since 2013 through 2015, Super Lawyers named Mr. Morris a "Rising Star" in the Estate Planning and Probate section.. Mr. Morris is a certified legal specialist in Trust, Estate and Probate law by the California State bar.. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy with a taxation emphasis from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.  In 2007, he graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University cum laude and was an editor of the law review.. Mr. Morris enjoys serving the Reno-Sparks community through various community and professional organizations. He is the  Secretary of the Planned Giving Roundtable of Northern Nevada and former Treasurer and board member for the Reno Chamber Orchestra. He is a member of the Reno South Rotary Club and the Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada. He volunteered as a ski instructor for the Sky Tavern Junior Ski program. In 2008, Washoe Legal Services acknowledged his charitable legal work by giving him the Outstanding Pro Bono Services award.

In 1990, Ms. Benedetto graduated from U.C. Berkeley witha Bachelor's degree in Psychology.  Afterworking for six years as a successful business executive, Ms. Benedetto continuedher education at the University of San Diego School of Law, where she graduatedin the top of her class in 2000.  Duringlaw school Ms. Benedetto clerked with the San Diego District Attorney’s Officeand the U.S. Attorney General’s Office, and also had the honor of publishing ascholarly legal journal article.  Upongraduation, Ms. Benedetto elected to start her own estate planning law firm, drawingfrom her experience in business, finance, psychology and the law.. Over the past nine years, Ms. Benedetto has assistedhundreds of clients with the creation of their Wills, Living Trusts and otherestate planning documents.  She also assistsfamilies with trust administration and probate when loved ones pass away, and helpsclients with bankruptcy planning.. In 2006, Ms Benedetto created the Family Trust Law Center,or Family TLC, to be a firm where families come for professional estateplanning by licensed attorneys, at flat, reasonable fees.  Her goal is to have the Family Trust LawCenter attorneys be considered as long term estate advisors..
