Peatsa C. Wallace currently is a sole practitioner in Tucker, Georgia and is considered a transactional attorney.  She has owned her own law firm, whether as a sole practitioner or partner, since 1982. She works extensively with individuals and families to help educate them on their need for estate and tax planning and end-of-life planning. Ms. Wallace helps business clients determine which type of entity is best for their personal and business goals and the resulting tax consequences of choosing particular business entities. She has extensive experience preparing all types of business contracts. She also works with school booster organizations and social organizations to form non-profit entities, which become tax-exempt. She provides pro bono services to low-income families.

Before joining Conway Law, I served as a staff attorney for the judges of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia.
