Jim is the founder and president of the Estate Planning Law Group of Blazek & Gregg, P.C., L.L.O., a unique law firm that devotes its practice to Estate Planning, which includes wills, trusts, edler law, Ag estate planning, and estate administration. The firm serves clients throughout Nebraska and Iowa. Jim is an Omaha native. He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1978 with a B.S. in Business Administration and concentrated in Finance. Jim received his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law in 1981. In 1982 he was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He has been assisting clients with their Estate Planning and Business Planning needs for thirty-seven years. Jim is a member of Wealth Counsel, the Omaha Estate Planning Council, the Esperti Peterson Institute, and the Nebraska Bar Association. He has received the designation of Advanced Wealth Strategies Planner from the Esperti Peterson Institute in 2002.
