I was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. After graduation from Bishop England High School, I moved to Columbia, South Carolina to attend the University of South Carolina and follow my dream of becoming an attorney. Through this practice I have been afforded the opportunity to interact with communities throughout South Carolina and work tirelessly to ensure each person that I represent has his or her voice heard in the Courts. I consistently treat each of my clients with the respect that they deserve and understand the great burden placed upon myself when accepting a client’s case. Whether it be in family court, civil court, or criminal court, I will work my hardest to ensure that you are treated fairly and given the opportunity to have your day in court. David Simon attended UC Davis, majoring in both International Relations and Economics and graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He started his career as a litigator at one of the most prestigious law firms in the country, suing insurance companies and intellectual property infringers for hundreds of millions of dollars.. He then left Heller Ehrman to work as the General Counsel of an airline company. While there, he supervised and managed outside counsel, and he learned how frustrating it is to be the Client seeking solutions and only hearing about obstacles from the attorneys. Clients don't want to hear about what they can't do; they want to hear how to achieve their goals. It's the attorney's job to figure out solutions.. After leaving the airline company, he went to work as an Assistant District Attorney. As a prosecutor, he appeared in court nearly every day, and brought hundreds of criminals to justice.. It is with a drive for excellence, and a passion to help solve people's legal problems that we at Simon Law work hard to be Your Legal Team.
