I graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Charleston School of Law and spent my final year of law school as a visiting student at the University of Georgia School of Law. While attending law school, I worked in the General Counsel’s Office at Spartanburg-based Lockwood Greene and at CH2M Hill following its acquisition of Lockwood Greene.. Prior to joining Kennedy & Brannon, P.A., I served as law clerk to the Honorable J. Derham Cole, Circuit Court Judge for the 7th Circuit of South Carolina, followed by a brief term at the 7th Circuit Public Defender’s Office. I then joined Turnipseed and Brannon in January 2011, became a partner in March 2012, and a named partner in March 2013. I cofounded Kennedy & Brannon, P.A., in July 2014.. I am a native of Spartanburg, SC, where he currently resides with my wife, Kelly and son, Thom.

He is admitted to practice in South Carolina, the District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and he has a state-wide practice in South Carolina, handling  divorce, property division, support, child custody, visitation, post-decree matters, contempt issues, international family law issues and 1980 Hague Convention litigation.. I was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. After graduation from Bishop England High School, I moved to Columbia, South Carolina to attend the University of South Carolina and follow my dream of becoming an attorney. While studying at the University of South Carolina, I was a recipient of the Life Scholarship as well as a University Scholar Scholarship as I pursued my studies in Philosophy and English Literature. Upon completion of my undergraduate degree, I became a member of the University of South Carolina School of Law Class of 2010. While in law school, I started my legal career with The Finney Law as the sole law clerk in the office. Through hard work with the attorneys and staff at that firm, I developed extensive litigation experience. Inspired by the legal giants that came before me I graduated law school and immediately began to practice in the areas of criminal defense, civil litigation, and domestic relations. in October of 2014, I made the life-changing decision to start my own practice, The Fajardo Law Firm.  Through this practice I have been afforded the opportunity to interact with communities throughout South Carolina and work tirelessly to ensure each person that I represent has his or her voice heard in the Courts. I consistently treat each of my clients with the respect that they deserve and understand the great burden placed upon myself when accepting a client’s case. Whether it be in family court, civil court, or criminal court, I will work my hardest to ensure that you are treated fairly and given the opportunity to have your day in court. Jessica Boylan is an attorney with The Sullivan Firm, where she practices in the areas of family law, divorce, adoptions, criminal defense, child custody and child support and military divorce. David Simon attended UC Davis, majoring in both International Relations and Economics and graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He started his career as a litigator at one of the most prestigious law firms in the country, suing insurance companies and intellectual property infringers for hundreds of millions of dollars.. He then left Heller Ehrman to work as the General Counsel of an airline company. While there, he supervised and managed outside counsel, and he learned how frustrating it is to be the Client seeking solutions and only hearing about obstacles from the attorneys. Clients don't want to hear about what they can't do; they want to hear how to achieve their goals. It's the attorney's job to figure out solutions.. After leaving the airline company, he went to work as an Assistant District Attorney. As a prosecutor, he appeared in court nearly every day, and brought hundreds of criminals to justice.. I was a prosecuting deputy district attorney in Sacramento County after graduating from law school. I subsequently transitioned to private practice and am now a partner at Pfeiffer Law, LLP. I am licensed to practice in California, Colorado and Washington.I started working for my current firm in March of 2010 and became a partner in August of 2016.
