Debra also practices in the area of civil litigation and criminal defense.  Her civil litigation background includes civil rights, employment law, personal injury, land use and commercial litigation.  Her criminal defense experience includes misdemeanor and felony matters in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.. Debra has previously served as an adjunct professor in the Legal Studies Program at Harcumm College, teaching courses in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Torts.  Prior to practicing law, Debra worked as a Social Worker for at-risk youths.. Debra resides in Huntingdon Valley with her husband Bryan their three children. She enjoys spending her free time with her family at the Jersey shore.

I grew up in Orlando, Florida. At the age of 12, I moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico to attend high school. I attended one year of college at the University of New Mexico but moved back to Florida in 1998. I graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2002. From 2003 to 2006 I attended law school in Michigan. In 2006, I graduated from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing.. From September 2006 to September 2007, I was a law-clerk for the Honorable Larry E. McKeeman of the Snohomish County Superior Court. I joined the firm of Tuohy & Minor in October 2007. Shortly thereafter, Deane Minor and Kara Kruse joined law firms and created Tuohy Minor Kruse PLLC. In 2014, I became partner. My practice focuses on Family Law, Guardianships, Probate, and Estate Planning.

She was a dedicated student of classical ballet from the time she could walk until she was seventeen years old, performing as a child with the New York City Ballet and the American Ballet Theater. She is fluent in German from spending elementary school at a German language school in White Plains New York, she spent middle school at an elite private all-girls Catholic school on an employee scholarship, then attended two different performing arts high schools before graduating from the Waldorf school her Grandfather once ran. She worked full time to pay her way through Hunter College (CUNY), spent a year working for one of the first women to graduate law school, then attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law on a full academic scholarship.. Louisa has lived the experiences of many modern families. Beth received her degree from the University of South Dakota where she graduated with Honors with a double major in political science and psychology. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Beth went to University of South Dakota Law School and graduated with her juris doctrine and Masters in Public Administration. After graduation, Beth worked at the South Dakota Attorney General's Office, first working on appeals then as the Chief Legal Counsel for the Consumer Protection Division, where she handled everything from civil judgments to criminal prosecutions. Beth then moved to Sioux Falls and practiced family law for three years before prosecuting abuse and neglect matters at the Minnehaha County State's Attorney's Office. Hi. I’m Zoë! I’m originally from Washington state, born and raised. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington State University (Go Cougs!). We moved to Arkansas for me to attend law school and loved it! I’ve graduated, married, bought a house, found a job, have dogs and cats and a baby soon. We love southern living and my husband and I are here to stay.. Before law school and even college, I had several jobs including packing and storing apples at an apple warehouse, grocery store clerk, lifeguard, and swim instructor. I’m from Yakima, Washington, which is primarily known for its agriculture, hops, and wineries. With that, there were, and still are, a ton of less fortunate, underrepresented people in the town who need legal services. I guess that comes with every city, huh? That’s how I found my love for becoming an attorney and off I went. To get on track for law school, I majored in Criminal Justice and Criminology with minors in Political Science and Psychology. I am a native of Sparta, Tennessee, and have always planned to remain in the Upper Cumberland area. My office and home are located in Cookeville, centrally located so that I may easily represent my clients in the surrounding counties.
