I am a WSBA licensed family law practitioner in Spokane, Washington.  I practice throughout eastern Washington. My practice includes all family law issues of concern to you, whether it is divorce, legal separation, property division, parenting issues, or even an appeal to a higher court.. My practice model is to serve each client personally.  You will never be handed off to anyone else. I am available by cell or email evenings and weekends for your emergencies.. In addition to my basic family law caseload, I have developed a focus on matters of vital importance to military families including long distance parenting, Military and FERS pension, TSP Retirement division, the SBP, and Base privileges.. Our office tries to practice what we preach.  During the wars in Afganistan and Iraq, our office sent over 10,000 homemade cookies to the TROOPS stationed overseas for the holidays.

Alice Newhall guides family law clients through one of the most difficult times in their lives to emerge optimistic about the future. She excels at solving contentious and complex child custody problems, including relocation cases. Alice is also adept at resolving divorces with complicated financial issues, including business and stock valuations, the division of marital interest in a business, and spousal support. Her clients include professionals, physicians, accountants, bankers, business owners, lawyers and their spouses.. Alice understands how emotional divorce and post-divorce issues can be, and helps clients set realistic and achievable goals—both in regard to financial assets and long-term co-parenting arrangements.  She counsels her clients about how to become financially educated and confident about managing their own finances.. Alice is a 2009 cum laude graduate of the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. While in law school, Alice served as President of the Family Law Society, a member of the Client Counseling and Negotiation Board, as well as interned with the Family Law Clinic at the National Center for Family Law. Alice earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in History and Sociology from Tulane University in 2006.. Ms. Crandall practices civil litigation with an emphasis on family law. She has extensive experience in equitable distribution, child and spousal support, custody and visitation, uncontested adoptions, and protective order matters. She also has experience in real estate and tort litigation. Ms. Crandall appears in all Northern Virginia Courts, including Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun, Prince William, and Alexandria and has successfully argued before the Virginia Court of Appeals

I have been practicing for 16 years. I started with criminal law until I went though my own divorce. I then switched to Family Law to help protect parents from what I went though.
