A lifelong Nevadan, Chuck grew up in Las Vegas in the 1960s, 70s and 80s.  Chuck earned his Bachelor’s Degree, with High Distinction from UNLV in 1989.  Chuck then attended the University of Utah College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1992.  Following a one-year clerkship at the Nevada Supreme Court, Chuck began practicing in Minden, Nevada, in 1993.  He became an associate with Brooke and Shaw, LTD, and later a partner of Brooke Shaw Zumpft.  Mr. Shaw retired; Mr. Brooke passed away, so Chuck formed Minden Lawyers, LLC..
