After years of public service, I decided that I could better serve litigants and fiduciaries in Probate matters as their attorney than I ever could as a court administrator. I had seen first-hand both the high quality written pleadings and in-court excellence of the attorneys who practice at The Probate Pro, so I decided to join them. I represent our clients in court weekly on a variety of probate matters.. After growing up in the relatively rural town of Pinckney, Michigan, I have found a nice blend of urban and rural living where I currently live in West Bloomfield. During our short, but glorious Michigan summers, I prefer to spend as much time as possible on my pontoon boat. During fall weekends, my favorite place to be is at a University of Michigan Football game cheering on my Wolverines. In the wintertime, I enjoy snowmobiling. I try to stay local, but the snow is always better “Up North” when I can get away. Since our springtime generally isn’t so nice, that’s when I prefer to travel to sunnier, warmer destinations, and hopefully do some SCUBA diving if I can. I like running and mountain biking, and I also enjoy reading fiction in my spare time. Some of my favorite authors include: George R. R. Martin (fantasy), John Grisham (legal/suspense), Robert Harris (historical), and Stephen King.

I am an Associate Attorney at The Darren Findling Law Firm, PLC (The Probate Pro), joining in 2014.  My practice areas include: Contested Estates, Trust and Probate Matters; Trust and Probate Litigation; Deceased Estates and Probate Administration; and Real Estate Disputes.. Prior to joining The Darren Findling Law Firm, I graduated Western Michigan University in 2010 where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, Public Law, and minor degrees in Accounting and Economics.  I went on to attend The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where I graduated in 2013.. From 2010-2013, I worked in small practice law firms gaining an experience in litigation and estate planning.  I was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2014.

J. DOUGLAS CLARK is a sole practitioner in Reno, Nevada, where he practices exclusively in Trusts and Estates. He is the founding president of the Probate Bar Association of Washoe County and the past president of the Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada. He is the past Chairman of the State Bar of Nevada Probate and Trust Section.. Mr. Clark has maintained the coveted AV rating for practicing attorneys for 18 years, is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys, and has over 36 years of experience in Trusts and Estates, having been a trust officer prior to attending law school.. Mr. Clark received his B.A. degree from Stanford University in 1974 and graduated from the McGeorge School of Law in 1979. He was a law clerk for District Judge Hon. William N. Forman, now retired, and was an Adjunct Professor of Business Law, at the University of Nevada in Reno for several years.. Mr. Clark presently serves as a Nevada Supreme Court Settlement Judge, in addition to his trusts and estates law practice.

Elizabeth has almost fifteen years of litigation experience and is responsible for the firm’s Nevada litigation matters, including general civil litigation, probate and trust litigation, and family law.  Elizabeth is also responsible for the firm’s appellate practice and is experienced both in civil and criminal appeals from both sides of the bench.. Prior to joining Blanchard Krasner and French, Elizabeth served as a Staff Attorney at the Nevada Supreme Court for more than six years. She interacted with the Supreme Court Justices regarding a wide-range of civil and criminal legal issues before the Court, particularly in the areas of civil procedure, torts, contracts, criminal and real property. This experience exposed her to the behind the bench workings of the Nevada Supreme Court, and Elizabeth has an in-depth knowledge of the procedures of the Court and the standards that apply to appeals, extraordinary writ petitions, and petitions for review. Prior to working at the Court, Elizabeth litigated numerous cases with a private law firm for eight years, representing individuals and business in all phases of litigation. Elizabeth also practiced at an appellate specialty law firm in California, drafting appeals and extraordinary writ petitions for law firms and individual clients.

Due to prior experience in private practice, Trevor was given an extra duty of providing estate planning assistance for the numerous service members and retirees in the vicinity of Fort Rucker. In 2020, Trevor was assigned to the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Trial Defense Service Field Office, one of the busiest jurisdictions in the Army, where he served as a Complex and Capital Litigation attorney. After two years with the Trial Defense Service, defending those who defend America, Trevor left active duty to return to Walla Walla and the Roach Law Firm. Trevor served on active duty for five and a half years, before transitioning to the Washington Army National Guard, where he continues to serve as a Judge Advocate.. Trevor has a passion for public service, instilled by his family and nurtured through his years of Scouting, where he earned his Eagle Scout Award. During law school, Trevor continued to serve his community by volunteering as a Rule 9 Legal Intern with the Washington State Attorney General’s office, assisting in contract, real estate, and construction matters on behalf of the Department of Transportation and citizens of Washington State. Trevor continues to volunteer in the Walla Walla Community, particularly with the Walla Walla Catholic Schools.

Donna Calf Robe has been with Brothers Henderson Durkin, P.S. since 2005. She focused her practice on probate, estate planning, and trusts, including the development, implementation and administration of special needs trusts. She also advises beneficiaries, professional fiduciaries and personal injury attorneys regarding the distribution and protection of recoveries, including apportionment of wrongful death settlement proceeds.. Donna is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, and an alumni of the University of Puget Sound. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association, and their Probate and Trust sections. She is a member and past officer for the Washington Chapter of the Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.. Donna grew up in the Puget Sound area.
