Prior to the most recent moratorium on the death penalty in New York State, I convinced the jury to spare Mr. Gordon’s life by sentencing him to life in prison without parole instead of death. Subsequently, I've served as a lecturer and advocate against the Death Penalty.. In 2013, I founded Renfroe Driscoll & Foster, LLP to expand his practice so that the community could benefit from the skill and caring I provide to my criminal defense clients, to all areas of the law. I serve as a trusted advocate for each client, guiding my family of clients through critical situations in the legal system.
