Shannon Williamson was born and raised in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Mike Paduchowski earned his Juris Doctor from theUniversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill .  While attending law school Mike worked for the Orange County District Attorney's Office, was a member of the Holderness Moot Court Negotiation Team, achieved Dean's List honors, and was named to the prestigious Order of the Barristers.  Before attending law school Mike graduated from the University of North Carolina 's Kenan Flagler Business School with a degree in Business Administration then went to work for the law firm of Hedrick, Gardner, Kincheloe and Garofalo LLP.  Mike previously worked for the Maitland Law Firm in Chapel Hill where he was in charge of the firm's Criminal, Traffic, and Personal Injury section. Mike left his position at Maitland Law for an opportunity to join the Law Office of Matthew Charles Suczynski PLLC in 2011.  He has concentrated his practice areas and teamed up with Matthew Suczynski to provide the residents of North Carolina with superior legal service at affordable rates.. Mike is a skilled litigator and accomplished negotiator who utilizes his knowledge of the local court system and trial process to efficiently handle criminal, traffic, DWI, and personal injury matters. I am a graduate of The University of North Carolina School of Law. While working as an actor in New York City, I experienced first-hand how “powerless” non-union performers were taken advantage of by those in positions of authority. My experience organizing collective action to secure adequate health and safety conditions for his cast-mates in a particularly unacceptable production inspired me to pursue a career in law.. While in law school, I continued to advocate for those in need by providing 100+ hours of Pro Bono legal services, and by defending local tenants against eviction as a clinician in the UNC Civil Legal Assistance Clinic.. I have been practicing law in Alamance, Chatham, Durham, Granville, Johnston, Orange, Person, and Wake County. I have personally handled DWIs, assault, domestic violence, theft, and traffic charges; as well as expunctions.. I would be humbled and honored to advocate for you.

I am a North Carolina trial attorney, but began my legal career in Washington, DC, at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia in 2006.  In my first two years at PDS, I worked in an attorney fellowship position focused on litigating complex forensics issues in serious felony cases, and also worked in partnership with the Innocence Project to develop litigation strategies to combat the leading causes of wrongful conviction in trial courts nationwide.. After two years in that concentrated role, I moved into the trial division at PDS in DC, where I was trained by some of the best defense attorneys in the country.  In 2011, I founded Hiltzheimer Law Office, PLLC in DC, and in 2012 relocated the practice to Raleigh, NC, when my family decided to make North Carolina our home.

Mr. Castle studied philosophy in his twenties.  After obtaining a Ph.D. in that field from the University of Chicago, he went on to study law at Duke University School of Law.  At the beginning of his legal career, Mr. Castle served as a prosecutor in Onslow and Jones Counties, North Carolina.  Since 2007, he has been in private practice and has passionately represented and assisted hundreds of clients with all sorts of legal matters.  Mr. Castle concentrates in civil and criminal litigation.. As a native of South Korea, Mr. Castle loves spicy food.  He is an avid fan of combat sports.  He himself has dabbled in Tae Kweon Do and Judo.  He is married with two lovely daughters, two dogs and three kittens.
