Having written insurance for hundreds of businesses, from small mom and pop shops to large multi-million dollar manufacturers, he has a keen understanding of the risks businesses face and how to legally protect against those risks. Matt is a member of the Oklahoma Army National Guard having served for over 19 years. Currently serving at the rank of Major, Matt is the primary intelligence officer for the 45th Infantry Brigade. He has served with the 45th in deployments to Afghanistan (2003-2004), Iraq (2007-2008), Afghanistan (2011-2012), and Ukraine (2017). Among other awards, he is the recipient of two Bronze Stars and the Joint Services Commendation Medal.. Jacquelyn L. Ford is a native Oklahoman.  She was raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Jacquelyn attended college at Oklahoma State University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Marketing 2002.  She worked full time through college in sales and marketing positions. Jacquelyn attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and graduated with distinction in 2006.. She spent two years, as a law student, working for the University of Oklahoma Legal Clinic and began her career defending people accused of crimes. She was privileged to receive the Kelly Beardslee Criminal Defense Award for excellence in defending those persons pro bono.  After passing the bar in 2006 she became an Oklahoma County Public Defender where she represented over 3000 people charged with felony crimes. She served the indigent accused for over 5 years, during which time her peers honored her with the Clarence Darrow Award for excellence in trial advocacy.  With continued support and encouragement from the legal community, Ms. Ford opened her own law firm in 2011..
