Jonathan Eagerton joined Enzor & Maniscalco as an associate in August of 2017. He is a magna cum laude and University Honors graduate of the University of Alabama, where he majored in philosophy. During his undergraduate career, Jonathan marched for four seasons with the Million Dollar Band. In his senior year, he was given the Chris Hainsey Ultimate Team Player Award for his leadership and commitment to the organization.. Jonathan received his law degree and a certificate in public interest law from the University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, he clerked for public defender offices at both the state and federal level. It was here that he found a passion for public service and the protection of individual rights and liberties. He also served in the school’s Criminal Defense Clinic and the university’s Campus Drug Court program (MPACT).. With a practice focus in criminal defense and family law, Jonathan seeks to provide effective advocacy and reassuring counsel for each of his clients.

Brandon is a White County native. He graduated from White County High and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Tennessee Tech, where he graduated with honors. After college, Brandon earned his law degree from the Cecil C. Humphrey School of Law in Memphis, graduating in the top 25% of his class. Brandon immediately opened his law practice in Sparta. That practice has grown exponentially, with four attorneys and five staff serving hundreds of diverse clients throughout the Upper Cumberland region. Brandon lives in Sparta, with his wife, Danielle, and daughter, Irelia. In his spare time, he enjoys kayaking, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Michael Rocco earned his J.D. from Albany Law School in 2006. He has interned for the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department, in Brooklyn where he conducted legal research for the justices of the Court and readied opinions for publication. After being admitted to the New York State Bar in 2007, Mr. Rocco joined Neil H. Kupferman, Esq., P.C. in Brooklyn, New York, where he represented clients in multi-million dollar commercial and residential real estate transactions, represented both private and institutional mortgage lenders, and practiced general business law. In 2009 he moved to Tennessee where he was admitted to practice law in 2010. Prior to his admission to the Tennessee Bar, Mr. Rocco volunteered for the Public Defender’s Office for the 13th Judicial District of Tennessee.

Victor Hugo Gernt earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tennessee in 2013, graduating Magna Cum Laude after completing his B.S. degree at Middle Tennessee State University in 2003. He dedicated six years to public service as an Assistant District Attorney General in Putnam, Cumberland, White, and Dekalb counties within the 13th Judicial District. During his tenure, attorney Gernt] successfully prosecuted a wide range of cases, from theft to homicide, and achieved victories in over fifteen jury trials. Notably, he focused on prosecuting child sexual abuse cases. Alongside his legal career, he shares his skill as an adjunct professor at Vol State Community College, where he imparts knowledge on constitutional law and the legal process fundamentals.
