Ms. Delgado was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas by a single, immigrant mother. She is the only female among her siblings and the first in her family to earn a college degree. From a young age she learned the value of hard work, perseverance and the virtue of helping others.. Ms. Delgado earned her J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.  She also earned an M.A. from UC, Santa Barbara and a B.A. from UW-Madison.  Her life-long goal was to be an attorney and start her own law office. She attended Texas Tech University School of Law and graduated in 2011. After internships at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas, Paso del Norte Civil Rights Project, the Innocence Project, and multiple high-ranking judicial internships all over the state of Texas, Ms. Pratt started her career as a criminal prosecutor at the Nueces County District Attorney’s Office and handled thousands of cases ranging from DWIs to murders. Ms. Pratt then transferred to San Antonio and was employed by the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office and was an Assistant District Attorney for 8 years and handled misdemeanors and felony cases. Clarissa Fernandez Pratt also represented the Department of Family and Protective Services in Bexar County and has invaluable insight into CPS cases and family law cases. A native of Houston, Texas, James Dwigans received a degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio. After receiving a Teaching Certificate from the University of Texas at San Antonio, he taught school in San Antonio for nine years. It was this experience that ignited his interest in Law .
