Wes grew up in Muldrow, OK, a small town in eastern Oklahoma.  During high school, he enjoyed quiz bowl, speech and debate, and playing in the band.. After high school, he attended Duke University in Durham, NC, where he double-majored in economics and philosophy.  He remembers fondly the 2001 basketball season when he was a sophomore and Duke won the National Championship.. After undergrad, he attended Washington University in St. Louis School of law, where he received his J.D.  After law school, he thought (briefly) about attending medical school, and entered into a post-baccalaurate/pre-medicine program at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.. After sitting for the Oklahoma bar, Wes entered into prosecution, and worked for the State of Oklahoma as an assistant District Attorney.  Following that, he worked at a small firm in McAlester.  In 2014, Wes opened his own law firm, and has since immensely enjoyed practicing on his own, where he can better serve his clients.. When he’s not in court, he can be found doing various nerdy things like playing Magic the Gathering, video games, or reading about space.  Other than that, he enjoys driving, watching OU football, and Duke basketball.. Since 1983 Bob Massey has been trying cases mostly in the southern Middle Tennessee area in both state and federal courts.  During five of those years (1987-1992) he served as the Public Defender for the 22nd Judicial District.. He is active in both professional and civil affairs giving service with honesty and integrity.  Bob has served as an officer and board member of various civic and charitable organizations including the Exchange Club and the Middle Tennessee Council for the Boy Scouts where he serves on the Board of Directors and from which he has received the Silver Beaver Award.. I'm a Murfreesboro attorney who practices in Middle Tennessee. I will handle all types criminal and family law cases and will also probate estates and draft wills. I grew up in Culleoka, Tennessee in Maury County and later attended Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee as a student-athlete. While at Cumberland University I played baseball and majored in Criminal Justice. I recieved my bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. While at MTSU, I interned for the Rutherford County District Attorney's Office. After college, I began working as a court officer for Judge Ben Hall McFarlin, Jr. and attended law school at night. Working for Judge McFarlin for over four years gave me invaluable insight into the legal system. As a court officer I was able to see how thousands of criminal cases were handled and how they were resolved. I was born and raised in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and attended Middle Tennessee State University where I received my Bachelor's Degree.  After college I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and continued my training during my time in Law School until my enlistment ended in 2015.  I attended law school at the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at University of Memphis.. While attending law school, I clerked for the Shelby County Public Defender’s Office and the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office.  Upon graduation, I returned to Murfreesboro to serve as law clerk to Judge J. Mark Rogers in the Circuit Court of Rutherford County, Tennessee, which gave me significant experience in civil litigation matters as well as many hours spent in the courtroom.. I joined Bennett & Michael as an associate attorney in 2015, where I focus mainly on civil litigation and criminal defense cases.  I am also a  volunteer for the Tennessee Achieves program where I mentor high school seniors to help prepare them for post secondary education as part of the new state initiative to increase enrollment in post secondary programs such as trade schools and Associates Degree programs around Tennessee.

Alexander graduated Cum laude from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2007. While enrolled in law school, Alexander was a member and president of the UNC Broun National Trial Team from 2005-2007. He was also honored as Best Oral Advocate-Appellant in the 2005 Moot Court Competition.. Upon his graduation from law school in 2007, Alexander joined Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, LLP in Raleigh, North Carolina as an Associate Attorney. While at Teague Campbell, Alexander concentrated his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and general civil defense. Alexander represented hundreds of North Carolina employers, including privately owned and governmental entities, before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and in District and Superior Courts.
