Philip Gelso, Esquire concentrates his practice in the area of criminal and civil litigation. Mr. Tosi was born and raised in a rural Massachusetts town which supported both dairy and apple production. He worked on both kinds of farm as he grew up in the town. Upon graduation from law school, he moved to North Carolina to begin his law career.
