Since becoming a lawyer in 1993, I have completely dedicated myself and my practice to the defense of those charged with criminal misconduct.  For more than 20 years the vast majority of my practice has been helping people avoid the drastic and often times unfair consequences of a DUI conviction.. During her pursuit of a political science degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Cristina Hinds gained first-hand experience of the legislation process when she interned for a semester in Washington, D.C. for Senator Richard Bryan. After graduating, she enrolled at the University of San Diego School of Law receiving multiple first place awards for Moot Court competitions. Continuing to build on her knowledge, Cristina spent her summers as an extern for the Nevada Supreme Court reading briefs, researching opinions, and drafting unanimously accepted recommendations for Justices. After attaining her Juris Doctor, she headed back to her roots where she worked for the District Attorney's Office and then eventually opened up her criminal defense, DUI law firm, and personal injury firm. She later became a partner at Mueller, Hinds, and Associates, Chtd. before re-opening her own practice, Hinds Injury Law Las Vegas.. Cristina succerssfully obtained a unanimous pardon for and got a woman released who had been convicted of murder 13 years prior.  Cristina also represented the Town of Pahrump, Nevada as its sole attorney.

Chris graduated from Falls Church High School in 1988, Georgetown University in 1992, and William and Mary law School in 1996. He also attended the George Washington University Master’s Program in Forensic Science from 2001-2003. During law school, Chris concentrated in criminal defense by working as an investigator at the D.C. Public Defender Service. He also clerked at the Public Defender’s Office in Bellingham, Washington in the summer of 1995, where he won his first jury trial under a Washington State Supreme Court rule, which allows law students meeting certain qualifications to try cases.. After passing the bar exam, Chris joined the Alexandria Public Defender’s Office, where he spent two years handling the traffic docket, mostly consisting of Driving While Intoxicated and other serious traffic offenses. He later became a Senior Assistant Public Defender, and for three years defended serious felony cases including murder, rape, child sexual abuse, and all varieties of serious drug offenses.. In 2002, Chris left the Alexandria Public Defender’s Office and formed his own law firm with Andrea L. Moseley (now a partner at Zwerling, Moseley and Sears, P.C.). In 2005, Leibig, Moseley, and Bennett merged with the nationally known Law Offices of John Kenneth Zwerling to form Zwerling, Leibig, and Moseley, P.C.
