Originally from Minnesota, Dan moved to Montgomery Alabama and worked at the Montgomery County District attorney’s office while attending undergraduate studies at the Auburn University at Montgomery. I am a 1st and 5th Generation Texan, originally from the Greater Houston area.  While attending the University of Texas in Austin, I decided to set down roots here and started my practice.  I truly enjoy working to help the citizens of Central Texas.. I hail from Lubbock, Texas, where I became a Red Raider at Texas Tech for both my undergraduate and law degrees.  After becoming involved with the West Texas Innocence Project in Lubbock, I decided that I wanted to practice criminal defense and provide a voice for the citizen accused..
