Attorney Staci Krause first worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office before becoming a defense attorney. She then worked with Soyars & Morgan Law, a highly-respected criminal defense law firm in San Antonio, Texas, before starting her own law firm in 2018. I am a native Texan that believes in protecting the rights' of the citizens of this great state. I was born in San Antonio, Texas and have lived all over southwest Texas. I received my Bachelor's Degree from St. Mary's University and my law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, MS. As a law student I focused on criminal law and personal injury law. After passing the Texas Bar Exam I accepted a position as a Felony Prosecutor with the 293rd Judicial District Attorney's Office. It was here that I learned how the legal system works as I had the opportunity to handle hundreds of felony cases. I was also given the opportunity to try many cases to juries that often resulted in favorable results. I am now looking forward to helping those in need by serving the San Antonio community as an attorney handling criminal defense and personal injury cases.

A native of Houston, Texas, James Dwigans received a degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio. After receiving a Teaching Certificate from the University of Texas at San Antonio, he taught school in San Antonio for nine years. It was this experience that ignited his interest in Law . After receiving his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law, he founded of The Law Firm of James Dwigans & Associates, PLLC.
