I am a licensed Attorney in the State of Tennessee.  I love the legal profession because it gives me the opportunity to help people in their time of need. Whether in the realm of criminal defense or civil litigation, I enjoy finding solutions to my client's problems.. I received my B.A. degree at the University of Memphis, and my Juris Doctorate at the Nashville School of Law.  During Law School, I worked with the State Attorney General’s office where I conducted Preliminary Hearings in Criminal cases under a special license granted by the Tennessee Supreme Court.  I also was employed with the State Legislature where I summarized bills for House and Senate members.. I began my legal career with the Glankler Brown, PLLC firm,  where I practiced both Civil and Criminal Litigation since 1998. I am very fortunate and proud to have been associated with such a firm. Upon my separation as Special Counsel in 2011, I moved to Las Vegas, NV and acquired a Real Estate License where I invested time in finding and negotiating strategic real estate investment deals. I relocated back to Memphis in 2015 to open my own office, as well as be with my family and spend time at my farm. I thoroughly enjoy the practice of law.. On a personal note, I am passionate about many different things such as Law, Real Estate, horses, and the occasional game of Texas Hold 'Em. Above all else, I am deeply committed to my Catholic faith, my daughter, and my family.

Ramon Damas is an Associate Attorney at the Firm and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law in May 2018. Ramon received his undergraduate from Tennessee Technological University where he majored in Political Science. During his first year of law school he began working as an investigator at Blackwatch Investigations in Memphis Tennessee, gaining invaluable experience in the field of investigative and legal work. He has found success in investigative work helping achieve several dismissals and not guilty dispositions. As a native Spanish speaker, he will be handling our high-risk crimmigration cases, those cases that combine the two complicated fields of criminal defense and immigration.Ramon believes that often times our voices are silenced or the truth distorted because we are not given an opportunity to speak our truth. A Nashville native, Ben began his legal career with Raybin & Weissman after graduating from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2010, where he was an editor on the Law Review. Prior to law school, Ben attended the University of Chicago—graduating with honors.. In his practice at the firm, Ben has defended hundreds of clients against arrests and citations for various offenses, and has also worked on several civil cases involving personal injury and civil rights matters.  He has briefed and argued cases before the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Tennessee Court of Appeals. Ben has appeared multiple times in both television and print news giving interviews on trending legal cases and issues.. From 2011 to 2012, Ben took a one-year hiatus from the firm to serve as a law clerk for Judges Jane B. Stranch and Gilbert S. Merritt, both of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.. He is a graduate of the TBI, Metro Police, and Tennessee Highway Patrol Citizens Academies, in which participants learn firsthand about law enforcement procedures, structure, and investigation.

20+ years practicing law. Attorney Bryan Stephenson represents clients in Nashville and all counties in Middle Tennessee. He has conducted hundreds of court proceedings, including hearings, trials (both jury and bench), and various motions. He is very familiar with "the system", and is knowledgeable of Tennessee law. His legal skills and knowledge are also put to use in his position as adjunct professor for Lipscomb University's Law, Justice, and Society program.  He keeps abreast of legal developments and changes in the law, and is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the DUI Defense Lawyers Association.. Prior to opening his own law practice, Attorney Stephenson worked "on the other side" as an Assistant District Attorney for Davidson County for over three years. Attorney Stephenson graduated with his law degree, Order of the Barristers, from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. While in law school he was selected to serve on the Pepperdine Law Review and was the school's delegate to numerous national moot court competitions across the country. His article was selected for publication in the Law Review ("I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry, But Could I Sue: Whether 'Interacting With Others' Is a Major Life Activity under the ADA", 31 Pepp. L. Rev. 773 (2004)). He was the recipient of several awards and scholarships, including the Gunnar Nicholson Endowed Scholarship, Odell McConnell Scholarship, Howard A. White Scholarship, Associated Women for Pepperdine Scholarship, and was the only Pepperdine student selected one semester to receive an award from the Southern California Defense Counsel. Even as a student, he had the heart of a teacher, and worked as a Teaching Assistant, instructing new law students on Legal Research and Writing. He deeply values his time spent at Pepperdine and frequently misses the weather of southern California, but knew that he would return to his native and lovely Tennessee to practice law and build his career.. Attorney Stephenson graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. He gained the honor of being named an AP Exam Scholar, earning an entire year of college credit upon entry to Lipscomb.
