I was born and raised in Northeast Missouri in a small town of 450 people. I graduated with honors from Novinger High School while being a member of the basketball, baseball, track & field and academic teams. I went on to attend Hannibal-LaGrange University in Hannibal, Missouri, where I continued my basketball career. I graduated with honors and received a B.S. in Administration of Justice. After college, I attended the University of Tulsa’s College of Law, where I focused on criminal law and criminal procedure.. I am originally from California and moved to Tulsa to attend law school at TU Law.  Prior to law school I served active duty in the Air Force for ten years.

Zach grew up in Tulsa. He attended Cascia Hall and graduated in 2006. Zach attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Zach subsequently commissioned as a United States Army Officer. As an active duty officer, Zach led and managed upwards of two hundred soldiers at a time. Zach was consistently rated as a top officer within his units with his last evaluation stating that Zach was a “top 10% officer with unlimited potential.”. Upon leaving the force, Zach returned to Tulsa to work with his father in his practice of law. Zach attended the University of Tulsa School of Law. While there, Zach was a member of the Tulsa Law Review writing on the First Amendment, Social Media, and freedom of speech. Zach graduated TU with honors. Within the legal profession, Zach is principally interested in trial work, criminal and civil, and complex litigation.. Personally, Zach likes to travel and is interested in comparative cultures (but he still thinks America is the best ;)). Zach has competed as both an amateur and professional in Mixed Martial Arts, and he currently holds a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Sarah Burton Partney, originally from a small town in Illinois, earned a B.A. in English from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale before going on to attend law school at University of Missouri-Columbia.  During law school Sarah was active in the Board of Advocates, participated in Mock Trial and Negotiation competitions, and clerked for two criminal defense firms.  She graduated in 2005, earning her J.D., a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, and membership in the Order of the Barristers for excellence in courtroom advocacy.. After graduation, Sarah accepted a position at the Office of the Missouri Public Defender in Farmington, Missouri.  During her time with the Public Defender's Office, Sarah gained experience handling a wide variety of criminal cases, and successfully represented defendants in numerous felony jury trials.  In 2008, Sarah joined Kramer and Hand, where she practices domestic and criminal law in Jefferson County and the surrounding areas.. Sarah is active in Jefferson County, and is currently a member of the Jefferson County Women's Bar Association, and the Jefferson County Bar Association.
