For the past 10 years, I have worked zealously to defend my client's rights, freedom, and financial well being.  In 2012, my law partner and I decided to open our own law practice with the mindset that we would become the best state and federal trial attorneys in the State of Arkansas.  I believe our past and current clients would agree we are well on our way to our goal.

Omar F. Greene is a trial lawyer with a practice that focuses on criminal defense in the federal and state courts in Arkansas. He has extensive courtroom experience, particularly in federal criminal cases. Omar has worked as a former deputy prosecutor in the state system and as a former assistant federal defender. He has a high success rate in jury trials. With that being said, Omar has represented clients in more than 700 federal felony cases, more than any attorney in Arkansas, and has handled about 250 federal criminal appeals. He was appointed by federal judges to serve on the Federal Practice Committee of the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Arkansas. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the courts of the State of Arkansas. Finally, Omar serves as a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (NACDL) and the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (AACDL).

Alex R. Burgos is a graduate of UALR’s William H. Bowen School of Law. He has a diverse practice striving to provide his clients with the best possible defense, accurate legal advice, and efficient solutions to their legal needs.. During law school, Alex worked for the Public Defenders Office where he learned to handle all stages of a criminal case. He learned to analyze and understand the probable outcome of complex cases using knowledge of legal precedent as it relates to individual situations.. Most importantly, Alex understands that the manner in which the case is resolved greatly affects the lives of his clients and he diligently works to provide each of his clients with zealous representation.

My practice is focused on criminal defense, including all misdemeanor and felony offenses. My practice is also focused on my clients and understanding their needs and stories. The practice of law is something I feel is in my blood and I push myself to learn daily and represent my clients to the best of my abilities.
