Cory R. McKenna is an Attorney and Owner of McKenna PLLC. Cory’s practice focuses primarily on criminal and family law.. He has handled hundreds of criminal cases, ranging from misdemeanor driving offenses to felony drug offenses and serious violent crimes.. Cory has successfully defended clients in both jury and bench trials throughout southern Maine.  He has extensive experience defending Operating Under the Influence charges, where he has won Bureau of Motor Vehicle hearings and obtained numerous criminal dismissals of the charge.  Cory has represented countless clients on criminal Domestic Violence charges and civil Protection from Abuse petitions, where his knowledge of the law and investigative resources have frequently attained dismissals and deferred dispositions of the charges.  Cory has successfully defended virtually every type of drug offense, using his resources in mental health and addiction treatment to get clients back on their feet and out of jail.. Furthermore, Cory served a Carvers Fellow at the Conservation Law Foundation, where he gained experience in environmental law. He also worked as well a law clerk at a Portland law firm, where he gained experience in a wide variety of legal areas. Prior to founding McKenna  PLLC, Cory was an associate at another Portland law firm, where he focused on criminal defense, family matters and personal injury.. Cory graduated from the University of Vermont in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. In 2013, Cory earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law, where he earned the school’s Pro Bono Service Award for providing legal service to the community on a volunteer basis.

Mark is a founding member of Rioux, Donahue, Chmelecki & Peltier (RDCP), LLC. His practice focuses on the areas of Criminal Defense, Juvenile Defense, Protection from Abuse and Harassment, and Child Protective Law.. Mark has practiced in these areas in the State of Maine since 2010, and has also served as a volunteer attorney for the Innocence Project. Prior to entering the field of law, Mark worked as a Drug Court Case Manager for Maine Pre-Trial Services, and also served in the U.S. Air Force.. Mark earned his JD from the University of Maine School of Law in May of 2010. While in law school, he was a research editor on the Maine Law Review. In addition, Mark worked as a student attorney in the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Portland, Maine. Prior to attending law school, Mark earned his BA from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Criminology. Mark enjoys spending time playing baseball, climbing and biking. Dan Wentworth was born in Portland, and raised in Sanford, Maine. He graduated from Appalachian State University in 2014, with a degree in History.  In 2017, he graduated cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law. While in law school, Dan obtained a wealth of experience in criminal and civil law. He worked at the York County District Attorney’s Office as a student attorney, negotiating at dispositional conferences, conducting case screenings, and representing the State in suppression hearings and various other criminal proceedings. Additionally, during law school, he was a reserve police officer for the Old Orchard Beach Police Department, where he gained knowledge and experience in law enforcement and the investigative aspect of the criminal justice system. During his final year of law school, he was a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic, where he represented clients in various criminal and civil matters, including dispositional conferences, federal bail revocations, family matters, protection-from-abuse hearings, civil tort cases, and more.. Dan is a member of the Maine Bar Association and is licensed to practice in both state and federal court in Maine. He has appeared in various courts around the state, including Portland, Biddeford, York, Springvale, Alfred, and Lewiston.

Mr. Li was born and raised in Honolulu. After graduating as a valedictorian from Kalani High School, Mr. Li attended UCLA, where he earned, with honors, a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Mr. Li then studied law at the University of Arizona, where he was a member of the Arizona Law Review. Upon earning his law degree, Mr. Li returned to Honolulu, where he launched his legal career at the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney.. For four years as a prosecutor, Mr. Li handled a wide variety of cases, including traffic infractions, DUI, domestic violence, and felonies, and acquired valuable jury and non-jury trial experience. Mr. Li then entered private practice and eventually started his own practice in January 2012.. While DUI cases comprise the bulk of Mr. Li’s practice, he also defends clients with traffic tickets and clients charged with general misdemeanors and felonies.

Attorney David M. Glancy earned his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2004. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Hope College (2001).
