Paul Rutherford is an Attorney at Brighter Day Law and has been in the private practice of law in Nashville and the surrounding counties for 32 years. The Rutherford family has a long history in the Nashville legal community, dating back to the 1800s.. As a veteran trial and appellate attorney, he’s spent his career serving clients in family law, adoption, probate, General Sessions, and personal injury matters. Kaitlin T. Boettcher was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. In 2014, she earned her Bachelor of Arts with Highest Distinction in Social Work and a Certificate in Leadership Studies at The University of Iowa. In 2017, Kaitlin was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Iowa College of Law.. While attending law school, Kaitlin worked for a family law firm as a Legal Researcher and researched various family law issues and drafted memoranda and briefs. She was also active in the law school community working in the law school’s legal clinic, representing clients in employment matters and permanent civil protective order cases. She was also a member of the Pro Bono Society participating in various volunteer opportunities, including working at the Iowa Legal Aid Self-Represented Divorce Litigant Clinic..
