Cheryl concentrates her practice on elder law and asset protection, combining traditional estate and gift planning with today's elder estate planning tools to minimize the financial impact of elder care, rehab, and long-term nursing home costs. I started my own practice because I wanted to help clients on my terms. I represent clients in Boone, Kenton, Gallatin, Grant, Pendleton, and Bracken Counties. I currently utilize a virtual office for the convenience of my clients, which means that I will travel to meet you.

The main areas of law that I focus on are: probate law, family law, elder law (medicaid planning and asset protection), and estate planning. Early life experiences and personal losses of loved ones led me to pursue my areas of specialization and, to this day, fuels me to provide world-class products and services to my clients.. I graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor's in History and Political Science in 2014 and began law school at the University of Connecticut School of Law the same year. I worked for Rich, Rosenthal, Brincefield, Manitta, Dzubin, Kroeger, LLP in my first summer of law school; covering many areas of law but largely focusing on property, divorce, and estate planning. In my last year of law school I worked for Czepiga, Daily, Pope, & Perri, LLC; the premier elder law and medicaid planning firm in the Northeast.. After graduation, my wife and I moved to the Treasure Valley to start our lives and start a family.. I look forward to working with many people and working towards finding solutions to their problems or helping them achieve even the loftiest of goals.

Leslie DiPietro is the founding attorney of DiPietro Law LLC, dedicated to estate planning and administration and elder law. Ms. French obtained her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2019, where she was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for both Constitutional Law II and Family Law. As a law student, Ms. French worked for Ada County as a civil division legal intern. Most recently, Ms. French was a deputy prosecuting attorney for Bingham County.. Before attending law school, Ms. French earned her B.A. in history education and taught eighth grade English language arts.. Ms. French was raised in Idaho Falls and is proud to call it home. After growing up in Elkhart, Kurt Kazmierczak attended Hanover College for his undergraduate studies. Following his undergraduate education, Kurt expanded his business background working for many Indiana businesses in sales, marketing, and finance. To experience a different part of the country, Kurt and his family moved to Colorado where he established a financial advisor practice from 2008 until 2012.
