Andrew Maberry is a Louisiana native, having been born and raised in Shreveport. After high school he moved to Baton Rouge and attended Louisiana State University, where he graduated with a degree in communication studies in 2012. After passing the bar exam in July 2019, Mr. Maberry would later get licensed in October of 2019 and began working as a staff attorney at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services.
