Joel was born and raised in Aberdeen, Idaho and educated at the University of Utah (’98) with a degree in Communication with a Minor in Spanish. Upon graduating from the University of Idaho College of Law (’02), he returned home to Southeast Idaho. His respected career has enabled him to serve on the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association board of directors, Sixth District Magistrate Commission for Idaho State Bar and the American Falls School Board.
