Born and raised in the Omaha area, I have a wife, Courtney who is a general dentist, and two kids, Kenley is 7 and Grant is 5.  My college education came from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and my Law Degree came from the University of South Dakota.  When not busy with work and chasing the kids around, we enjoy traveling together, playing games and just spending time with one another.  Family is very important to me which is one of the reasons I strive to make sure people have their Estate Plan set up the way they want to ensure those they love are protected and cared for in the best way possible.

Frank earned his B.A. degree from Towson University in 1993 and was awarded his J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1996.  In 2012, Frank earned a LLM (Master of Laws in Taxation) and a Certificate in Estate Planning from the University of Baltimore.  He is admitted to practice law before the Bars of New York, Maryland, and Virginia. Frank is the former chairman of the Estates and Trusts Committee of the Anne Arundel Bar Association. He has served as a lecturer to the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association. Mr. Campbell began his legal career as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps and attained the rank of Major in the reserve component. Immediately, prior to associating with Holden & Campbell, Mr. Campbell served as the General Counsel for the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction, an agency designated to oversee and report to Congress on the reconstruction of Iraq. Mr. Campbell focuses his entire practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration, including the use of trusts and other entities for probate avoidance, estate and gift tax savings and planned giving strategies. Frank has served on the Boards of several local charitable organizations, including the Boys and Girls Club of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. He actively supports the YWCA of Anne Arundel County, and on behalf of the YWCA, has provided pro bono legal services to victims of domestic violence. Frank has been selected by the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court to serve as independent counsel for disabled children and adults during guardianship proceedings. I graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelors degree in History and a minor in Legal Studies. I then went on to study law at the Wake Forest University School of Law. I graduated in 2012 and was licensed to practice law in Maryland in 2012. I currently reside in Annapolis and enjoy exploring all that Maryland has to offer.

In 1993, Nicole received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-language Pathology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania; and in 1995, her Masters of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.  Nicole began her career as a speech-language pathologist working with adults who had strokes and swallowing disorders.  After working in nursing homes for several years, she decided to attend law school to assist her patients with advanced directives.. After graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2003 with a Juris Doctorate degree with a concentration in estate planning, she began practicing estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning.   Her medical background allows her to communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and geriatric care managers.   Nicole has drafted thousands of estate plans.  She values education and presents public seminars on estate planning to potential clients.. Nicole is also admitted to the District of Columbia Bar.  She is a member of the Trusts and Estates section and the Elder Law and Disability Section of the Maryland State Bar Association.   For four years, she served on the Elder Law and Disability Section Council and provided the quarterly newsletter to members.  Nicole is also a member of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association and the Womens Bar Association.  Nicole has a warm personality easily putting clients at ease to assist them with the creation of their estate plans.. Born in a small town in Northeastern Pennsylvania, she moved to Maryland in 1993 when she attended graduate school at the University of Maryland, College Park.  She currently resides in Shipleys Choice with her husband and two children.   Nicole enjoys outings with her family to museums, parks, sporting events, theaters, and beaches.  The family welcomed Charlie - a cavapoo - to the family and he is often by her side.

Melanie is currently a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, and local Anne Arundel County Bar Association. Melanie continues to expand her education in estate planning.. Melanie was born in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania – Go Philadelphia Eagles! She moved to Maryland after law school to pursue her legal career. Melanie enjoys aqua classes, traveling, and cooking. She also sponsors a United States Naval Academy midshipman.

McCrone in the Howard County Circuit Court.  I worked at the Food and Drug Administration for six years, where I helped to protect children from tobacco related disease, and worked with Congress to protect the health of families and children.  I am bringing my passion to helping families and children to my law practice, and look forward to working directly with your family to help with your legal needs.
