My legal practice is primarily focused on estate planning, elder law, probate, business succession planning, and other matters involving family wealth planning and management. I also regularly advise clients with regard to nonprofit law, corporate and partnership formation and planning, commercial contracts, and acquisitions and dispositions of businesses.. Prior to law school, I held the position of Senior Associate in the Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance Group, where my business consulting practice was principally focused on the valuation of business entities and corporate merger and acquisition advisory. Thereafter, I was the Finance Manager of Intrinsity, Inc., an Austin, Texas designer of high-performance microprocessors, where I developed and maintained the company’s business plan financials and assisted in efforts to raise venture capital funding.

Daniel Hare is a dedicated professional based out of Waco, Texas, who assists clients throughout the state in the areas of wills, estate planning and probate.  He currently serves as Director of Employer Relations for Baylor Law School.. Daniel graduated from Baylor Law School in 2009, after earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in business from the University of Oklahoma.  He worked for a number of years in intercollegiate athletics, including for Baylor University and, most recently, as the Director of Athletics at Western Oregon University.  He currently serves as the Director of Employer Relations at Baylor Law School.. Daniel is involved in the Waco community through a wide variety of organizations and efforts.  He is an active member and volunteer at Antioch Community Church, where he also works with elementary school students through the STARS program.  Daniel is a mentor through the LEAD program of the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Judge Abner V. McCall American Inn of Court.  He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and its Real Estate, Probate &Trust Law Section.. Daniel is married to his wife Adrienne, and they are parents to Brooklyn (3), Griffin (1) and Dylan (0).  The couple expects their third child in May 2015.  He is a marathon runner and follows Baylor athletics and the Oklahoma City Thunder..
