I obtained my Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in 2003 and my juris doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2006.  I am currently a member in good standing in the Michigan State Bar and a member of the Washtenaw County Bar Association.  I am a partner at Cramer, Minock & Sweeney, P.L.C. in Ann Arbor, Michigan where I work as a general practice attorney with my primary focus in Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Business law.

I believe the law is a "helping profession" and my job is to protect my clients and help solve their problems. One of my early influences was the great American novel, To Kill a Mockingbird, by Harper Lee. I was inspired by the strength of character of Atticus Fitch. To this day, I believe the law is a noble calling and requires a practitioner to be an example of good character to his/her community. Certainly being a parent, grandparent, and spouse have been the crucible experiences of my life. I also take great stock in attending two wonderful universities, The University of Michigan and Wayne State University.. Traveling and reading are my favorite hobbies which, together with a strong liberal arts and legal education, have contributed to a broad world view of people and their experiences.. I am an active Rotarian and charter member of Ann Arbor Rotary West.  I'm also pleased to serve on a district committee for the Rotary Foundation as scholarship chair.. Over the years I have represented a wide variety of clients and appreciate the opportunity to assist with solving each client’s legal concerns.

Noah Harden concentrates his practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, business planning and non-profit and charitable organizations. He is an ICLE contributor and a frequent lecturer and published author on topics surrounding estate planning, trust administration and tax planning.

Brenda is a Huron County native, working in various fields in Chicago, rural Ohio, and Phoenix before expanding her education in order to return to her home town as an attorney.. Focusing her practice on estate planning and elder law, she plans to continue the firm’s work by helping clients plan for their future, arrange for health care and end-of-life concerns, and manage assets and property during life and after death. She is also interested in helping clients with lakeshore real estate issues, veterans benefits, handgun law, and windmill property rights issues.. Brenda is a member of the following sections of the State Bar of Michigan: Agricultural Law, Criminal Law, Elder Law & Disability Rights, Environmental Law, Probate & Estate Planning, and Young Lawyers.. Brenda is a graduate of the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, holds a master of business administration degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a bachelor of science degree in scientific and technical communication from Michigan Technological University.. She is the daughter of Ted and Carol Polk of Filion, and is a 1995 graduate from Bad Axe High School. She is involved with Huron County Safe Place against domestic violence and is a member of St. Mary's Church near Kinde, MI.
