After practicing as a hospital accountant at Church Home and Hospital in Boise for three years, Vickie, moved to Vail, Colorado to enjoy skiing and working  as an accountant.   When she sold her CPA practice, she enrolled at University of Idaho College of Law.. She was hired out of law school by Witherspoon Kelley in Spokane where she spent the next three years working in the areas of ERISA, business law and collections.  Missing the sun, she and her family moved to Boise, Idaho in 2003.. After a few years in Boise, she joined Eberle Berlin in 2005.  In 2008, she became a Shareholder of the firm.  She continues to practice in Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Law.. She continues to keep her CPA active, and holds a license as Certified Elder Attorney and Certified Financial Planner.. She and her family enjoy outdoor activities including mountain biking, road bike riding, skiing and hiking.  You can often find her with 3 dogs hiking the trails.

Ben practices in the interrelated areas of probate litigation, elder law (including Medicaid eligibility), and estate planning. Ben drafted and successfully advocated for passage of legislation that substantially simplified the administration of uncontested New Hampshire estates with multiple beneficiaries.. Ben is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), an organization of trust and estate lawyers and law professors who have been elected by their peers in recognition of having made outstanding contributions to the practice of trust and estate law.. Ben also serves as in-house ethics counsel for Shaheen and Gordon and has served as a voter protection attorney in every federal election cycle beginning in 2012.. Prior to joining Shaheen and Gordon, Ben was the William J.
