I have dedicated my full legal practice to family law in Madison, WI and the surrounding area, including Sauk, Rock, and Columbia counties. I handle a wide range of family law issues, including divorces, custody and placement disputes, child support modifications, and guardianships. I am a proud double Badger, having attended both undergraduate and law school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

As an attorney, I understand what it means to go through conflict. I've seen many heartbreaking cases, but the reason why I persist is that  I try and do my best for the families that have been wronged in the past. I am the voice for those who have been silenced. As an attorney, my work is fulfilled when those families whom I've helped is justified.

Bob Matteucci is a highly skilled negotiator that knows how to settle divorce and family law cases typically without going to court. However, when it is necessary to go to Court, he is a highly skilled court litigator.. Bob is a life long resident of Albuquerque that has a background in business including as a business owner, business student (Master of Business Administration) and legal business student (concentration in business law while in law school). Because of his background, Bob specializes in cases that have at least some association with business or financial matters.. As a collaborative family law attorney, Bob strives to help clients work through the divorce process with the least amount of conflict. His goal is to help family members, both parents and children, build different, but healthy relationships so that a functional family can exist during and after the divorce process is complete.

Marcus was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM and graduated from Albuquerque High School in 2006. After high school, Marcus went on to join the Marine Corps where he attained the rank of Corporal and served as an Aviation Ordnance Technician from 2006-2010 in Iraq (2008) and Japan (2009-2010). Upon returning to Albuquerque, he attended CNM (2010-2012) and graduated with an AA in Liberal Arts with honors. From there, he continued his education at UNM, graduating Magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Psychology, and finishing his studies with a J.D. from the UNM School of Law in 2018.. Marcus is most interested in helping the people of New Mexico find a sense of justice during what is likely a very difficult time in their lives.. During his free time, Marcus enjoys camping, hiking, and walks along the Bosque as well as spending time with his family, friends, and his cat Vincent.

Dan Bullard was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1993.  He received his B.A. from Wake Forest University in 1990 and his J.D. in 1993 from Wake Forest University.  Mr. Bullard has served as an elected member of the Family Law Counsel of the North Carolina Bar Association and serves as a speaker for many Continuing Legal Education seminars.  He maintains an AV®Preeminent™ 5.0 out of 5.0 Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubble, which is the highest available anonymous peer review rating for competency and ethics. Mr. Bullard has recently lectured on the topics of “Prosecuting and Defending Alienation and Criminal Conversation Claims,” “Discovery and Pretrial Matters,” “Discovery and Use of Electronic Information,”  and “Alimony and Postseparation Support.”  Mr. Bullard’s practice primarily focuses on the areas of all areas of family law, representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, and prosecuting and defending alienation of affections and criminal conversation cases.  Mr. Bullard also represents clients in appeals of cases to the North Carolina Court of Appeals and North Carolina Supreme Court.    In the community, Dan is an active member of St. Marks Church and has served as a  leader in a local scout troop.  Through his hobby as a musician, he enjoys playing bass guitar in his church and with bands in the area for charitable organizations.   An organization with which he is particularly interested is StepUp of Alamance, which assists families trapped in the affliction of generational poverty.

Hi, my name is Kristen DelForge and I practice Burlington, North Carolina. My practice mainly consists of family law, criminal defense and general civil litigation. When I am not in the courtroom, I enjoy my position as an Adjunct Professor at Elon University coaching Elon's Undergraduate Mock Trial Team. Ashley graduated Campbell Law (Cum Laude) with an eye toward criminal law. In law school she interned in the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Raleigh, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and North Carolina Innocence Inquiry Commission.. It seemed as if she was well on the way to a career as a criminal defense attorney after graduation from law school, when the firm where Ashley worked became in need of a family law attorney.
