After college, Patrick worked in the financial sector for many years, where he was entrusted with managing millions of dollars in assets. In 2012, Patrick decided to make a career change and attended Southern Illinois University School of Law earning his law degree and graduating a semester early. After law school, Patrick and his wife Tiffany chose to stay in Southern Illinois as they felt it was the best place to start a family. They now have a son and two dogs.
