Andy Haugen founded Haugen Law Group, PLLC in October 2016, after taking over its previous namesake, Haugen and Braaten, P.A., in October of 2014. Andy has represented clients throughout the Southwest Metro and Hennepin County on an array of family law issues, including child custody, complex property and asset division in divorce, business and retirement valuation, and modifications to spousal maintenance, child support and parenting time orders.Andy provides an understanding, steady approach to what is most often an emotional time for his clients. In order to obtain the best results, he strives to understand his client's main goals early in their relationship, and navigates through their legal matter with these as the focus. Whether it is through dispute resolution or, if necessary, litigation in Court, his goal is to get his clients to the other side of their issues with a result that creates resolution and allows them to move on.  Andy was born and raised in Prior Lake, and attended Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. He went on to earn his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in the winter of 2012. During law school, he clerked for several years with an east metro civil litigation firm, and also clerked for the Ultimate Fighting Championship in Las Vegas, NV. He is a member of both the 8th District and Minnesota State Bar Associations. Andy is also an active member, and current board member, of Chaska Rotary and sits on the Minnesota Combative Sports Advisory Council.

Jaime Driggs practices family law exclusively, representing clients in cases ranging from simple, uncontested divorces to complex proceedings involving non-marital tracing, business valuation, spousal maintenance, and division of high net worth marital estates. He also advises clients on issues that can arise after divorce such as modification of child support and spousal maintenance and modification of the parenting time schedule/custody arrangement. Where custody or parenting time is involved (whether part of a divorce, custody, or paternity case) Jaime will work to find creative solutions for resolving the issues and minimizing the harmful effects of conflict on children. If a successful settlement cannot be reached through mediation or other methods of alternative dispute resolution, Jaime is committed to professional and thoughtful trial advocacy.

Alan C. Eidsness’ experience includes trial work focusing on family law, specifically cases involving business valuations and other cases involving significant assets and/or incomes. As part of his family law practice, he also provides services in Alternative Dispute Resolution – both as a Mediator and as a Special Master. His business work includes representing entrepreneurs and companies in commercial matters and also includes work with tax-free non-profit corporations. Alan has additional experience in estate and tax planning for individuals.
