Ryan is originally from Austin, Texas.  He graduated from University of Texas at Austin in 2005 from the Liberal Arts Honors program and obtained his law degree from the Baylor University School of Law in 2008, with a Concentration in Business Transactions, graduating in the top third of his class.  Prior to joining Pulman, Cappuccio, Pullen, Benson & Jones, LLP in August 2012, Ryan practiced law in the Texas Hill Country.. Ryan has practiced in a number of areas, including general civil litigation, probate litigation, business litigation, real estate litigation, bankruptcy litigation, business organizations, business transactions, real estate transactions, and wills, trusts, estates, and probate.  Ryan’s background in many areas of law allows him to quickly understand the dynamics of clients’ legal issues and develop potential solutions.  Ryan now focuses his practice on business and probate litigation.. Ryan is married to Jessica and they have two daughters.  As an Eagle Scout, Ryan enjoys most activities involving the great outdoors.  Ryan is also an avid college sports fan.

Ms. Matheson’s practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on fiduciary and trust disputes. Ms. Matheson has handled matters in state and federal courts across the country. Prior to joining Hornberger Fuller & Garza, Inc., Ms. Matheson was a litigation attorney with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where her practice focused on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. Ms. Matheson also has experience in many areas of public interest law, including human rights and immigration.. Ms. Matheson received her B.A. in International Studies from Baylor University in 2006. In 2010, she received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.. Ms. Matheson is a member and serves on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Young Lawyer’s Association. She is also a member of the Texas State Bar and the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in all Texas and federal courts.
