Attorney Spurling has counseled clients and represented clients in courts for 23 years and is admitted to practice before the Federal Courts of Connecticut and state courts of Connecticut and Massachusetts. He has an active practice with an emphasis on business and real estate transactions while having performed legal work for more than 100 financial institutions, including Fortune 500 companies. Attorney Spurling has represented businesses in formation, acquisitions, sales and litigation..
