Behrouz K. Rahmati is a native of Tehran, Iran, and has lived in Huntsville, Alabama, for thirty years. Following graduation from Jones School of Law, Behrouz started his firm in Huntsville, and has been engaged in the practice of law for sixteen years. Behrouz has represented clients in civil matters in the District and County Court of Denver, Colorado, the Northern District of California at San Jose, and the Immigration Appeal Court in Detroit, Michigan. In 1994, Behrouz assisted in the creation of the first Public Defender Program for the City of Huntsville, and has served on the Executive Board for the Madison County Bar Association.
