litigation, where possible, especially if  the client has an on-going relationship with the
potential defendant. However, I am perfectly comfortable taking a matter to a jury, and have participated in a number
of trials, including before a jury. I am willing to handle
business litigation matters on very short notice, particularly those
involving attachments or injunctions.. I
also serve as a resource for start-up businesses, providing counseling
surrounding incorporation, contracting, employee relationships, and
basic intellectual property issues.. I started my practice after having attended the evening program at
Suffolk University Law School. I worked all through school at several
Boston area firms where I received terrific training. Working as a solo
