W. Forrest Fischer practices in the areas of real estate, land use, business law, and commercial litigation.  Mr. Fischer is a native of Idaho Falls.  He earned his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he was a member of the Dean's List and President of the Society of Law and Business.  In 2013, Mr. Fischer obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Gonzaga University School of Business where he was a member of the President's List.

Mark joined Beard St. Clair Gaffney in 2020, where his practice focuses on business law, real estate, and estate planning, with special focus on tax matters. He is licensed in Idaho.. Mark was born and raised in the Rexburg, Idaho area. After serving in the Army on active duty, he attended Brigham Young University – Idaho and earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a Psychology minor in 2015. He then attended Gonzaga University’s School of Law and School of Business where he graduated cum laude with a dual-degree Juris Doctor / Master of Taxation in 2018. In law school, he interned with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, and worked as a student attorney in the Gonzaga University Tax Clinic where he represented clients against the IRS. He also served as Vice-President of the Gonzaga chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.. Mark started his legal career by helping establish and run a mental health clinic in the Boise, Idaho area, helping the clinic through formation and into periods of rapid growth, navigating the requirements of employment law, tax law, HIPPA, insurance, and contracting. Mark continues to serve in the Army JAG Corps and volunteers with various veterans groups.. Mark loves living in Idaho and enjoys target shooting, scenic motorcycle rides, camping, and spending time with his wife and kids.
