Gregory M. Elliott, P.L.C., was established in 1998 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Mr. Elliott is a seasoned attorney whose experience includes a broad business and real estate practice, as well as service in the capacity of general counsel for several metropolitan Detroit real estate development, construction, and property management companies.  He has practiced extensively before the Michigan Tax Tribunal, handling property tax appeals.  Mr. Elliott couples his legal experience with a background in local government, having served for nearly a decade as Director of Community Development for Pittsfield Charter Township in Washtenaw County, affording him unique insight into issues of land use (planning, zoning, building, and utilities), regulation, property assessment and taxation, and other governmental matters.. Mr. Elliott graduated magna cum laude from Detroit College of Law, in Detroit, Michigan (now Michigan State University College of Law).  He also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Eastern Michigan University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Alma College.  He lectured on land use law at Eastern Michigan University..
