Jake Mantin, a native Nevadan, obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. His practice consists primarily of real estate matters—including homeowners’ association matters, property management matters, leases, and transactions—and general transactional matters, including corporate formations and mergers and acquisitions.. During his time in law school, Jake was a distinguished student. He earned multiple Pedrick Scholar Honors recognitions for semesters of high academic performance. Jake also earned two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for top marks in Pro Sport Team Operations and Legal Issues, and Professional Sports Law.
